Article Processing Charges (APC)
Indonesian Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Education (IJAIE) is committed to disseminating research results as widely as possible. As an open-access journal, we do not charge readers for access to our content. However, to support the costs of dissemination, website maintenance, and ensuring the quality of publication, we apply the following policy regarding Article Processing Charges (APC).
1. Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Indonesian Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Education (IJAIE) does not charge any fees for the manuscript submission process. Authors can submit their manuscripts for free, and the peer-review process is conducted without any financial obligation.
2. Article Publication: 250.000 (IDR)
Authors will be charged a publication fee ONLY IF the manuscript is declared ACCEPTED by the Editorial Board for publication. The publication fee is Rp. 250.000,- (IDR).
This fee covers the following costs:
- DOI Registration: For each paper published with Crossref.
- Web Maintenance: Hosting, domain, and OJS system maintenance.
- Production Costs: Layout editing, proofreading, and PDF conversion.
- Indexing: Administrative costs for submitting content to indexing databases.
Payment Information
An invoice will be sent by the editor via email automatically after the "Letter of Acceptance (LoA)" is issued. The article will proceed to the final editing and layout stage only after the editor receives the payment confirmation.
